Former School of Art Museum Curators and KeepersThe University Museum originated as a General Museum including geological, botanical and palaeontological material. Under the influence of its curators and patrons, it accumulated rich collections of fine and decorative art. With the dispersal of parts of the Collection to the various departments of the University, responsibility for the art and craft collections fell increasingly within the activities of the Department of Art and its staff.Hubert J.
